Finding myself often wandering the streets of Hastings Old Town, I have been on a mission this year to find the most inspiring Christmas wreaths. And boy oh boy do the folk of the old town know how to dress a door! My favourite was this one above, the delicate greenery and gathered berries against the grey door are just so beautiful.

This is the wreath that we have hung above our shared desk in the home office, it is trimmed with liberty fabric scraps and some lovely decorations that the sweet girls at Laura Ashley sent to me – sorry, I will get back to the old town now.

Here are all the best decorated doors I found, there were wreaths trimmed with, berries, bows, seed heads, spices, frosted berries and even a hand knitted frog!

Frosted berries against a hot pink front door, with a clashing red bow – just wow! Below a closer look at that unusual pink and mauve wreath that was shimmering with glitter.

The natural look with spices, citrus fruits and real Christmas tree foliage, and below this blue spruce against a turquoise door was another beauty! I hope you like what I discovered on my walks, have you got a wreath on your door?! x
