FRENCH RUSTIC LIVING INSPIRATION – CAMELLAS-LLORET

FRENCH RUSTIC LIVING INSPIRATION – CAMELLAS-LLORET

What a perfect summers day (minus all the work of course), we have been enjoying the garden in between photo shoots and dining out in our wild meadow of a back yard today. But I thought I’d quickly zip in this evening to wave hello and to fill your eyes with a dash of interior happiness from France. If you are looking for some living inspiration or a place to stay – look no further than this beautiful home/B&B Camellas-lloret, owned by Annie and Colin Moore.

I spotted this dreamy home on my weekly visit over at one of my favourite UK blogs – Moon to Moon. Tucked away on a medieval hilltop village in the Languedoc, Camellas-lloret is a love project realised by Annie and Colin, who met on a train leaving Paris in 1982 – I know, could this be too much magic? I’m swooning all over the place here.

Dressed with wild plants, rustic elements and pared back elegance, this place is a magical dream home. The greenhouse is just my kind of imperfect perfection. My eyes are so happy right now, are yours?! I thought you just might love this place as much as I do.

Moody bathroom joy, white wooden window frames, vintage wallpaper! These photos are a mixture from this Architectural Digest feature and some from the Camellas-lloret website).

A collection of pressed wildflowers and grasses and even more plants. Okay okay, I’ll stop and leave you alone to enjoy.

Anyway, I must be off, lots of things need to be gathered for our own renovating adventures. I hope you’ll delight in this exquisite slice of France. Back soon xxx
